I’m a Senior UX and Product Design leader with 20+ years of experience shaping user experience, interaction design, and visual design across enterprise, consumer, and regulated environments. I’ve partnered with Fortune 500 teams on customer-facing financial products and architecture-driven work, including information architecture, taxonomy, and content strategy. I’ve led end-to-end, mobile-first initiatives for high-visibility programs, driving adoption and engagement across international markets.
My approach blends research-driven insights, user-centered thinking, accessibility best practices (ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA), and close collaboration with product, engineering, and research. I believe great design gives people clarity, confidence, and momentum.
